PRINCE2, an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments, is a globally recognized, structured project management methodology. Central to PRINCE2 is its emphasis on product-based planning, meaning the methodology centres on the definition, delivery, and quality of specific project outputs or ‘products’.
